Sales tax will only be applied to orders being shipped to New York customers. The tax rate charged to the customer will depend upon which New York county the merchandise is shipped to and where the customer takes possession. Sales tax must be applied to the cost of shipping as well as the merchandise.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and your item(s) are in stock, orders are shipped immediately from our warehouse in New York.

Orders may not be cancelled but unworn/unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase. See our Return Policy.
To request a return, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain a Merchandise Return Form. A return will not be accepted without a completed form.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the FedEx signed delivery date. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returns must be unworn/unused and in original condition and must have the original tag attached. All returned packages must be accompanied by an original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with this policy.
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased via this web site. If you purchased merchandise from an authorized Katherine Kwei retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your item(s), you must contact the original seller directly.
